A throwback to my lifestyle camp at the end of last year in California! What an incredible time it was! I am launching another camp soon!
We started the morning off with sun rise yoga at the beach and then did some BJJ training at lunch. The evening we time to do mediations and metaphysical workshops and to explore.
I taught a fantastic workshop at the end of last year in Colorado at Jeer Academy. Thank you to Hannah Tessa for hosting me once again. What a fabulous group of ladies with a fabulous vibe.
There were also a lot of familiar faces with many Lethal ladies coming to visit. It was also a huge day with Lethal ladies Wendy and Jacqie who received their brown belts and the amazing Keelee came along to help support the ladies while they tested.

I am heading back to Jubera Academy again. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and also meeting some new ones. I'll be teaching two very different themes for each day so ladies, book your spot for both days and soak up the knowledge.
